CNN gave all-night coverage to an online poll that asked viewers to grade governmental institutions and leaders. The audience graded Obama's Wednesday-night performance a 'B+,' the same grade the unscientific survey gave his economic and foreign policy performance.
The National Hispanic Leadership Agenda, an advocacy organization that seeks policies favorable to Hispanics and the appointment of high-level Hispanic appointees in government, didn't offer Obama a letter grade. But the organization's report on the first 100 days of the administration said his number of Hispanic appointments has not offered change, but "more of the same, below target."
